We are happy to host all kinds of events in our marketplace! We love to host photo shoots, styled shoots, engagement parties, baby showers, bridal showers, and the list goes on! With access to our front showroom and all of our rentals, the event space at the Marketplace is a great space to host your next event!
For photo shoots: Our current rate is $50/hour (4 hours minimum & no rentals), $75/hr (no minimum & no rentals) or $75/hour with rentals (4 hour minimum). With $75 an hour with 4 hour minimum, we offer you the use of all furniture and props that are not currently being rented! Any reserved items will be 50% off standard rental price. The studio is adjacent to our furniture showroom so it is convenient to access pieces to enhance your images. A member of our team will be in the building at all times to show you around and help you move furniture, if needed. We are not photographers, but you are welcome to bring your favorite photographer or we are happy to recommend a favorite of ours.
For small events: Our current rate is $100/ hour ( 4 hour minimum.) The space you rent includes, one lounge setup, one bar, and two farm tables. If you need other items added or would like to change out any piece, it is 50% off of the rental price.
