Q: What exactly are Vintage Rentals?
A: We love old stuff and we promise you will too! We have vintage couches, tables, chairs, china, lace, and so much more that we would love to use to make your event stand out from all the others. What we don’t have are white linens, round tables, and plastic folding chairs, as all of our pieces are unique.

Q: How far do you deliver?
A: We charge delivery by the mile! You pay, we will go!

Q: Do you have a rental minimum?
A: We have a minimum for delivery, but not for pickup. Our Rental Minimum for delivery starts at  $300 for events 45 miles and fewer, and $600 for events further than 45 miles. (We do love working with our photographer friends and others in need of small items, so please don’t hesitate to ask!)

Q: Do I have to return dish ware cleaned?
A: Yes, we do require ALL of our items to be returned in the same condition you received them. Please package them similar to the way you received them to avoid damage fees.

Q: What deposit do you require to rent items and save my date?
A: We require 50% of your invoice to be paid in order to reserve the items you have requested and saved for the date of your event.

Q: When do I pay the remaining balance on invoice?
A: Your remaining invoice is due one week prior to your event.

Q: Can I add or delete items from my invoice after the deposit is paid?
A: You can add items at any time, as long as the items are available. HOWEVER, we do not allow items to be removed from invoice within 14 days of the event.

Q: OHHH NOOOO! I broke something, what now?
A: We charge a required 5% Damage and “wear & tear” fee already included in your invoice. However, if the item broken or damaged is beyond the cost of the fee, you will be charged 3 times rental price for that item.

Q: Can I simply pick up items wanted or do you require delivery?
A: Yes, you can pick up items from our warehouse, and this is done on a case-by-case basis. However, some of our items do require assembly in which delivery is required.

Q: I don’t see the item I am looking for. What should I DO?
A: Let us know what you are looking for and we can tell you if we do already have it OR if it is feasible for us to add it to our inventory. We LOVE a good hunt to find that perfect piece.
